- Processing Time: Most orders ship within 24–48 hours of purchase, pending item availability and credit verification.
- Delivery Estimate: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? Please select the expedited shipping option at checkout.
- Shipping Delays: Delivery times may vary, but we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Sale Items: Items marked as sale are only eligible for exchange—no refunds.
- International Orders: At this time, we do not accept exchanges or returns for international customers.

Return & Exchange
Eligibility & Timeframes
- Full-Price Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
- Sale, Discounted, or Promotional Items: Eligible only for exchange or store credit.
- Items Returned Between 14–21 Days: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Items Returned After 21 Days: Not accepted and will be returned to you.
- All returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt.
Important Notes
- Domestic Only: Returns and exchanges are accepted for U.S. orders only.
- Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all Pegasi and designer tags attached.
- Unsaleable or Unauthorized Returns: Will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at our standard shipping rate.
- Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Multiple Orders: Returns from different orders must be sent separately.
- Color Disclaimer: Product colors may vary slightly from photos shown online.

- Return Promptly: We recommend shipping your return as soon as you receive your return paperwork.

- For Exchanges: Include your preferred size and color for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us before initiating a return.
Refund Processing
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund or exchange is complete.
