Ordering & Payment

To place an order, simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your billing and shipping information, apply any promotional codes, and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Shipping & Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 2–5 business days once shipped. Expedited options, including two-day and next-day delivery, are available at checkout. For international orders, we ship via DHL Express or FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination. Pre-Orders & Availability

Pre-order items are not currently in stock but can be reserved in advance. Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping dates are listed in the product description and may be subject to change.
Many of our pieces are limited edition and may not be restocked once sold out.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and changes are not guaranteed. However, if you need to make a size, color, or style adjustment, please reach out to customerservice@shoppegasi.com immediately. We'll do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items (clothing, bags, and accessories) within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. Sale, discounted, and promotional items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Are returns and exchanges free? Exchanges and store credit are free of charge. Refunds may be subject to a $12 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at customerservice@shoppegasi.com. We will guide you through the process for both domestic and international returns. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. If you have not received tracking details, contact customerservice@shoppegasi.com for assistance.

Product Information

Yes. All products sold on shoppegasi.com are 100% authentic and available exclusively through our official website and authorized retail partners. We do not support or work with third-party resellers or marketplaces.
