SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most of our products are made to order. All made to order items are marked in the DETAILS segment of each product. Please allow 2-7 days for your order to be processed. Please note that the 2-7 days processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. We do not ship Sundays, or holidays. Any orders that are made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you select an alternative. If you have any questions about your order please email us at customerservice@shoppegasi.com

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses and to select international countries. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PEGASI ships to most international destinations. Please note that international orders cannot be returned for any reason.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees may include the following charges:

Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item

Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier

Insurance: the amount for insuring the package

Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country

Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs

Disbursement: the amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country

Other Fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)

If you refuse a shipment from PEGASI or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to PEGASI.
