Returns

We will gladly accept your return of full prices items for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days along with this return form. Items received back within 14-21 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Please email us at customerservice@shoppegasi.com for instructions


Returned items must meet these requirements:

    • We do not accept returns on promotional & discounted items (sale & outlet) for refund, ONLY exchange or credit will be applied
    • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
    • All returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order
    • All return items must be confirmed by our team via customerservice@shoppegasi.com
    • Please return your parcel as soon as you receive your return paperwork information
    • Please include the return paperwork provided in your return to help us process your return
    • Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined
    • Any returns received in unsaleable condition will not be refunded and returned to the customer at the rate of our standard shipping charge
    • Any unauthorised order returned to the warehouse will be returned to the customer at the rate of our standard shipping charge
    • If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item please contact our Client Experience team before returning
    • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.

Non-returnable items include (refunds/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.

NOTE we only offer exchange or store credit for all sale & order made with promotional discounts.

We will provide you with an exchange or store credit for items only where: items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
items have not been worn, damaged or washed; we are notified within 48 hours upon receipt; items are sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return instructions - Domestic Orders

For easy returns you will need your order number and billing zip code to process your return.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Shop Pegasi and for re-shipping for exchanges.

Once applicable item(s) and reason for return have been provided, you may return qualifying items via mail for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping & handling charges to be deducted from your total refund. 

Please note that all returned items must be unworn and unused, have original tags attached, and be accompanied by the original sales receipt. 

Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note, if you are returning an item and loss or theft occurs, Shop Pegasi cannot be held responsible. Please ensure that you obtain additional insurance or use a signature option for additional protection as the parcel will remain your responsibility until it reaches us.
