PEGASI – Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your PEGASI pieces as much as we loved creating them.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.


General Return Policy

  • We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Only domestic U.S. orders qualify for return or exchange.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.

  • Slight color variations from online images are normal and not considered defects.

  • A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Sale & Promotional Items

Please note that sale and discounted items are eligible for store credit or exchange only, as these special prices are limited-time promotions. Refunds are not available.

  • “Sale” refers to any item marked down on our website or purchased using a discount code or promotional offer.

  • Store credit will be issued as a digital code for future use on shoppegasi.com.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded to the original payment method.


Return Time Frames

  • Full priced items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

  • Items returned between 14–21 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • Returns received after 21 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Replacement or exchange orders can only be returned for store credit.


Condition Requirements

To ensure your return is accepted and processed quickly:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odor, or damage.

  • Items must include original tags, designer labels, and packaging.

  • Returns missing these requirements or received in unsellable condition will be returned to the customer at our standard shipping rate.

  • Unauthorized returns will also be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined into one package.

  • Please include your completed return form to help expedite processing.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@shoppegasi.com within 14 days of receiving your order to register your return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Ship your package promptly after receiving approval and share your tracking number so we can monitor the delivery.

Please note: all shipping fees (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.


Exchange Requests

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit instead.

  • Please contact our team before sending your item back to confirm exchange eligibility.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, or accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale


Processing Time

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your return or exchange is complete.

  • If a refund is approved, please allow 5 - 7 additional business days for your bank to process it.
