Refund policy
We will gladly accept your return for a refund or store credit within 14 days along with this return form. All sale and discounted items are only eligible for exchange or store credit. All orders shipped internationally are final sale.

Returned items must meet these requirements:
Returned within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order.
In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
Accompanied by the return form.
Non-returnable items include (refunds/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.
Please NOTE we only offer exchange or store credit for our sale/promotional items.
We will provide you with an exchange or store credit for items only where: items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact; items have not been worn, damaged or washed; we are notified within 48 hours upon receipt; items are sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to PEGASI.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
