PEGASI Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below.

General Return Policy

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of receipt.
Please note the following:

  • All sale, discounted, or promotional items are eligible only for exchange or store credit.

  • All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Only domestic U.S. orders qualify for return or exchange.

  • Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging, garment tags, and designer labels intact.

  • Colors may vary slightly from images shown online and are not considered defects.


Important Return Instructions

To ensure your return is accepted and processed efficiently, please follow these guidelines:

  • Returns must be registered with our team within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at customerservice@shoppegasi.com.

  • Items returned within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items returned between 14 and 21 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • Returns after 21 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Replacement/exchange orders can only be returned for store credit.

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odor, or damage.

  • Items returned in unsaleable condition or without proper tags/packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at our standard shipping rate.

  • Unauthorized returns will also be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Returns from multiple orders may not be combined into one package.

  • Please include the completed return form to help expedite processing.

  • We recommend shipping your return as soon as you receive return instructions.

  • All shipping fees (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please reach out to our Client Experience Team before initiating a return.


Processing Time

Once your return is received:

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your return or exchange is completed.

  • If a refund was requested, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank to process the transaction after we issue it.


Please ensure your return is securely packed, with all original tags and packaging, and include the completed return form. Kindly share your return tracking number with us so we can monitor the return process.
