Eligibility & Timeframes

• Full-Price Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
• Sale, Discounted, or Promotional Items: Eligible only for exchange or store credit.
• Items Returned Between 14–21 Days: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• Items Returned After 21 Days: Not accepted and will be returned to you.
• All returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt.

• Domestic Only: Returns and exchanges are accepted for U.S. orders only.
• Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all Pegasi and designer tags attached.
• Unsaleable or Unauthorized Returns: Will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at our standard shipping rate.
